RETURNS + EXCHANGES

All items purchased are final sale. we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. Returns are not permitted due to sizing issues as we offer sizing charts for our products.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES ONLY ALLOWED ON ITEMS THAT ARE DEFECTED.

Please email: freshmanyearco@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @freshmanyearco_ with pictures of the defective product so we can quickly resolve the problem.

The item(s) must be unharmed, not worn, unaltered, and free from any odors.

Item(s) must be in original packaging, with tags still attached (if applicable).

If item(s) do not fit these requirements, it will be returned to the customer.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition.

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are at the customer's expense. Refunds will be issued upon receiving returns.

Please allow approximately 5-10 business days for refunds to reflect on your account, depending upon the bank.

We do not offer credit notes. All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.
